How It Works

Step 1

Reach Out To Us!

It's simple and any adult can apply! Share your qualifications and interview with a member of the Executive Team or Supervisor Mentor. If selected for the next cohort, proceed with training.

Step 2

Complete Training

Specialized, flexible one month curriculum to understand how to best help mentees, and help you prepare for tough situations.

Step 3

Onboarding

Get on app and wait to be paired with Mentees. As mentors you are here to listen, support and guide struggling teens. Help them understand that they are not alone.

Mentor Development

Train new mentors in protocol for engagement with mentees and for high risk. Communicate with leadership about necessary information to lead and manage a team of mentors.

Mentor Intervention

Provide support to mentor team in coaching their mentees during high risk situations. Engage in consistent communication with the designated mentor team. Co-develop high risk protocol.

Are you?

Fully licensed (LCSW, LICSW, PhD, PsyD, etc)

Experienced in clinical work with teenagers

High aptitude for technology and phone apps

Experienced in managing and responding to high risk situations with teenagers

Creative in developing protocol and maneuvering limitations
